Giant Cookie Pizza

A colorful dessert pizza made out of multiple cookie doughs and topped with marshmallows, peanut butter and more.

Ingredients

  • Giant Cookie Pizza
  • 6 different flavours of prepared cookie dough
  • OR
  • 1 roll of prepared sugar cookie dough
  • 1 roll of prepared chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 1 roll of prepared chocolate fudge cookie dough
  • 5 colours of gel food colouring
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate peanut butter cups
  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F.
  2. To make the coloured slice, take a tennis ball sized amount of sugar cookie dough and divide into 5 smaller balls. Colour each ball with desired color using gel food colouring. To marble the dough bring all colours together and pull and fold until the colours have combined somewhat. Shape into a triangle and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat the shaping process with the regular sugar cookie dough and place on baking sheet.
  3. For the rocky road slice, knead the almonds and marshmallows into a small portion of the chocolate chip cookie dough. Shape and place on the baking sheet. Repeat the shaping process with the regular chocolate chip cookie dough and place on baking sheet.
  4. For the chocolate peanut fudge, knead the peanut butter cups and peanut butter into a small portion of cookie dough. Shape and place on the baking sheet. Repeat the shaping process with the regular chocolate fudge cookie dough and place on baking sheet.
  5. At this point you should have a complete pizza with 6 even slices and no gaps. However you can always make the slices smaller and create more variety.
  6. Bake the cookie pizza for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Let cool for 10 minutes on baking sheet before slicing.
