3 tbsp molasses (plus extra to line rim of glasses)
200ml thickened cream
2 golden Oreos or vanilla cookies.
100ml thickened cream
50g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Start by adding cream cheese to a large mixing bowl and whip using a hand mixer until creamy and smooth. Next add cinnamon, ginger, vanilla extract, eggnog, vodka, kahlua and molasses. Whip on low speed and increase to high until smooth. Set aside.
Add thickened cream and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl and mix to stiff peaks using a hand mixer. Add half the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold using a spatula and then repeat with the other half. Add to serving glasses. Chill for 20 min.
Carefully coat the rim of each glass in some molasses.
Add cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl and mix to stiff peaks using a hand mixer.
Add whipped cream on top of pudding and finish off with some crushed golden Oreos.
