The most fun you've had taking your vitamins since they were shaped like cartoon characters.

Ingredients

  • 7 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated turmeric
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons unflavored gelatin

Steps

  1. Add peaches, lemon juice, turmeric and honey to your blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and warm over medium heat. Slowly add the gelatin into mixture and whisk continuously until the gelatin has fully dissolved.
  2. Pour into silicon molds, about 3/4 of the way up, and freeze for an hour or until they are completely set. While those are setting, prepare the cream mixture.
  3. Add coconut milk and vanilla extract into a medium pot and stir to combine. Once the mixture is warm, slowly add the gelatin and whisk until the gelatin has dissolved.
  4. Remove the set peach layer from the freezer and pour cream mixture over the top. Freeze for 20-30 minutes or until completely set.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup hot coffee (medium roast)
  • 1 tablespoon ghee, melted
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Steps

  1. Combine coffee, ghee, coconut oil and honey in a medium saucepan and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Stir constantly for 1 minute until all gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Pour into silicon molds and refrigerate for 2 hours or until they are completely set.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup mixed berry juice
  • 1/2 cup hot filtered water
  • 3/4 cup of your favorite kombucha
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the berry juice and gelatin together. Whisk in the hot water, and when the gelatin is dissolved, mix in kombucha and honey.
  2. Pour into silicon molds and refrigerate for 2 hours or until they are completely set.

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon, diced
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vitamin C powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey, divided
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • A few drops of green food coloring
  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin

Steps

  1. Add diced watermelon, lemon juice, vitamin C powder and 1 tablespoon honey to a blender. Purée until smooth.
  2. Warm the watermelon juice mixture in a saucepan. Add gelatin and whisk to combine until the liquid is smooth.
  3. Pour into silicon molds, about 3/4 of the way up, and freeze for an hour or until they are completely set. While those set, prepare the lime mixture.
  4. In a small sauce pan, add the lime juice, food coloring and remaining honey. Stir to combine, and let simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, and sprinkle the gelatin over the lime mixture. Whisk constantly for 1 minute until all gelatin is dissolved.
  5. Remove the set watermelon layer from the freezer and pour lime mixture over the top. Place back in the freezer for 20-30 minutes until completely set.
  6. Tip: You can store gummies in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
