- 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup hot coffee (medium roast)
- 1 tablespoon ghee, melted
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Combine coffee, ghee, coconut oil and honey in a medium saucepan and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Stir constantly for 1 minute until all gelatin is dissolved.
- Pour into silicon molds and refrigerate for 2 hours or until they are completely set.
