• 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup mixed berry juice
  • 1/2 cup hot filtered water
  • 3/4 cup of your favorite kombucha
  • 1 tablespoon honey


  1. In a large bowl, whisk the berry juice and gelatin together. Whisk in the hot water, and when the gelatin is dissolved, mix in kombucha and honey.
  2. Pour into silicon molds and refrigerate for 2 hours or until they are completely set.
