- 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup mixed berry juice
- 1/2 cup hot filtered water
- 3/4 cup of your favorite kombucha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- In a large bowl, whisk the berry juice and gelatin together. Whisk in the hot water, and when the gelatin is dissolved, mix in kombucha and honey.
- Pour into silicon molds and refrigerate for 2 hours or until they are completely set.
