Granola Cups

Wholesome homemade granola forms the perfect little holder for creamy yogurt and fruit.


  • 90 grams oatmeal
  • 20 grams mixed nuts, chopped
  • 10 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 20 grams desiccated coconut
  • 40 grams whole wheat flour
  • 30 grams dried mixed fruits
  • Honey mixture:
  • 70 grams honey
  • 20 grams brown sugar
  • 20 grams unsalted butter
  • Salt
  • 150 grams greek yogurt
  • 40 grams cream cheese
  • 40 grams honey
  • 30 grams raspberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Mint


  1. Grease muffin tins with butter.
  2. In a bowl, combine 70 grams honey, brown sugar, unsalted butter and salt. Microwave for 30-60 seconds at 600 watts or until butter has melted. Mix well to combine.
  3. Put oatmeal, mixed nuts and pumpkin seeds on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C. Take out and let it cool.
  4. In a bowl, combine nuts mixture with whole wheat flour, desiccated coconut and honey mixture and mix well.
  5. Pour this mixture into muffin tins and press down to make a well.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees C. Take out and let it cool.
  7. In a blender, combine yogurt, cream cheese, honey and raspberries and blend until smooth.
  8. Pour mixture into granola cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Garnish with berries and mint before serving.
