Grape Gummi Bread

Sweet dough stuffed with cream cheese and grape gummies is the treat you've been dreaming of.


  • Dough:
  • 1/2 cup grape juice
  • 1 cup + 3 tablespoons bread flour
  • 3/4 tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 tablespoon butter, softened at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant dry yeast
  • Filling:
  • Grape-flavored gummi candies
  • Cream cheese
  • Icing:
  • 1 tablespoon grape juice
  • 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar


  1. Simmer 1/2 cup grape juice in a saucepan until it thickens into a sauce. This will be used for the dough.
  2. To make the icing, combine grape juice and confectioner's sugar and set aside.
  3. Combine bread flour, sugar, softened butter, yeast and reduced grape juice. Knead until a dough forms.
  4. Roll into a ball and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into eight pieces. Take one piece of dough and add one piece of grape-flavored gummi candy and a spoonful of cream cheese inside.
  6. Wrap it up and roll the dough into a ball. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
  7. Place on a baking tray. Cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes at 340°F.
  9. Drizzle grape icing on top and enjoy!
