Ground Beef & Au Gratin Casserole

With layers upon layers of beefy and cheesy goodness, this baked dish is packed with flavor.


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 bunch parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups white sauce
  • 1 cup black olives
  • 5 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • Oregano to taste


  1. Mix the ground beef with the garlic powder, red onion, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  2. Spread out beef on the bottom of a baking dish. Then add olives. Arrange the mozzarella.
  3. Cover with white sauce. Add cherry tomatoes and oregano on top.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
