Gyoza Wrapper Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 10 gyoza wrappers
  • 1/4 red bell peppers
  • 1/4 yellow bell peppers
  • Filling:
  • 150 grams ground pork and beef mixture
  • 1/4 onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon potato starch
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper
  • Topping:
  • Lemon
  • Italian parsley
  • Ketchup
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. Julienne bell peppers and blot dry with paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, combine ingredients for the filling and mix well. Divide into 6 balls.
  3. Julienne the gyoza wrappers into thin strips and mix together with the bell peppers.
  4. Wrap the meat filling with the gyoza wrapper mixture.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, approximately 1 centimeter deep. Cook the meatballs over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes or until lightly brown and crispy.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges and sprinkle on chopped parsley. Serve with ketchup for dipping.
