Using the double-boiler method, melt chocolate chips.
Combine tofu, salt, vanilla, almond extract, and cinnamon in food processor. While blending, stream in melted chocolate. Blend until everything is smooth and uniform. Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Using cups, jars, or bowls of choice, create alternating layers of sliced strawberries in and chocolate pudding. Cover vessels and chill for at least 1 hour, or overnight. Pudding will set into a mousse-like consistency.
