Ha Ha It's Vegetables | Pudding

This chocolate pudding might be vegan, but with dark chocolate, cinnamon, maple syrup and more, you'd never guess.


  • One block, silken tofu
  • 1.5 cups, dairy-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups, sliced strawberries


  1. Using the double-boiler method, melt chocolate chips.
  2. Combine tofu, salt, vanilla, almond extract, and cinnamon in food processor. While blending, stream in melted chocolate. Blend until everything is smooth and uniform. Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  3. Using cups, jars, or bowls of choice, create alternating layers of sliced strawberries in and chocolate pudding. Cover vessels and chill for at least 1 hour, or overnight. Pudding will set into a mousse-like consistency.
