Have a spooky good Halloween party with these four deadly delicious elixirs sure to scare up a crowd.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces blood orange juice
- 2 ounces sour cherry juice
- 1/2 ounce sweet and sour mix
- 3 ounces vodka
- 1 cup white cotton candy (found at your local candy store)
Steps
- Place about a cup of cotton candy into a martini glass or goblet.
- Add a cup of ice to a cocktail shaker, then add the blood orange juice, cherry juice, sweet and sour mix and vodka.
- Shake for about 10 to 15 seconds until chilled.
- When ready to serve, pour the mixture over the cotton candy and serve immediately.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces black vodka, or vodka colored with black food coloring
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 1 ounce Luxardo cherry syrup from the jar
- 1 teaspoon edible white pearl dust
- 1 ounce 151-proof alcohol
- Cinnamon, to garnish
Steps
- In the bottom of a shaker, add the black vodka, pomegranate juice, orange juice, Luxardo cherry syrup and pearl dust.
- Fill the shaker with ice and stir using a bar spoon until chilled, about 10 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with 151-proof alcohol and sprinkle with cinnamon for an added effect.
- Allow flame to extinguish before enjoying.
Ingredients
- 4 cups lemon-lime soda
- 1 cup melon liqueur
- 1 1/2 cups white rum
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice, chilled
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 gallon lime sherbet
- 1 (5-pound) block dry ice
- Large cauldron
- Large punch bowl that fits inside cauldron
- 2 bags Halloween-shaped gummies
- Wooden skewers
Steps
- Thread Halloween-shaped gummies onto the wooden skewers and set aside for garnish.
- Combine the lemon-lime soda, melon liqueur, rum, pineapple juice and lime juice in the punch bowl, and stir to combine.
- Add the lime sherbet in scoops and stir until the sherbet starts to melt.
- Next, using gloves or a dish towel, break the dry ice into large pieces using a small mallet or ice pick.
- Carefully place some of the dry ice in the bottom of the cauldron, and store the remaining dry ice in a cooler nearby.
- Pour about a cup of hot water on top of the dry ice to make it smoke.
- Place the filled punch bowl on top of the dry ice inside the cauldron and serve with gummy garnishes!
- Replenish the dry ice and hot water as necessary to keep the smoke effect going.

- 1 ounce grenadine
- 4 ounces cherry or pomegranate-flavored vodka
- 4 ounces lemon-lime soda
- 1 empty syringe (can be purchased at any party store)
Steps
- Fill the empty syringe with grenadine. Set aside.
- Add the vodka and lemon-lime soda to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake gently to combine, about 10 seconds, and strain into a martini glass.
- Place the syringe into the glass and allow guests to dispense the grenadine into their own drinks upon serving.
