Ham and Cheese Pie Sticks

Who knew puff pastry, skewers and ribbons would make ham and cheese look fancy AF?


  • 30 grams mustard
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 9 slices ham
  • 6 slices cheese
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 1 egg, beaten


  1. Lightly roll out the puff pastry and spread mustard on top.
  2. Arrange ham, sliced cheese, prosciutto and sliced cheddar on top, overlapping each item 2 centimeters apart.
  3. Brush pastry with beaten egg and roll up tightly. Slice the roll into 2 centimeters pieces.
  4. Push a wooden skewer through each piece and brush the outside of each piece with beaten egg.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees C.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
