Forget sandwiches — enjoy ham and cheese in a warm baked pasta dish instead.
2 cups milk
Salt to taste
Nutmeg to taste
10 1/2 ounces macaroni pasta
10 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 pounds ham, chopped
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the milk, salt and nutmeg. Mix well.
Add the pasta, mozzarella, ham and cream cheese, and mix.
Arrange in a baking dish, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until pasta is cooked and lightly toasted on top.
