Ham, Cheese & Noodle Casserole

Forget sandwiches — enjoy ham and cheese in a warm baked pasta dish instead.


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • 10 1/2 ounces macaroni pasta
  • 10 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 pounds ham, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the milk, salt and nutmeg. Mix well.
  2. Add the pasta, mozzarella, ham and cream cheese, and mix.
  3. Arrange in a baking dish, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until pasta is cooked and lightly toasted on top.
