Drooling is just a mouth's version of tears of joy.
3/4 cup water
1 cup wheat flour
6 quail eggs
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 pound ground beef
In a mixing bowl, combine the 2 eggs, water and flour. Freeze quail eggs until firm, then remove their shells.
Peel the onions, and cut them into slices approximately 1/2 inch wide. Separate the slices, and put slices of cheddar cheese in between. Place a ball of ground beef in the center of each. Add a quail egg and top with more ground beef. Dip in batter, followed by breadcrumbs. Fry in oil heated to 350 degrees until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Garnish with parsley and serve with ketchup.
