Haribo Gummy Bear Cake

The secret to easy cake decorating? Gummy bears!

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets sponge cake (15cm)
  • Haribo gummy bears
  • Orange Whipped Cream:
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 8g granulated sugar
  • Orange food coloring
  • Green Whipped Cream:
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 8g granulated sugar
  • Green food coloring
  • Red Whipped Cream:
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 8g granulated sugar
  • Red food coloring, as needed
  • White Whipped Cream:
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 15g granulated sugar

Steps

  1. Add granulated sugar and food coloring to heavy cream and make 4 different colors of whipped cream. Whip to soft peaks so that they are easily applied on the cake.
  2. Place your first cake layer and spread Orange Whipped Cream over it.
  3. Place the second cake layer on top, and spread the Green Whipped Cream.
  4. Place the third layer and repeat with the Red Whipped Cream.
  5. Place the last cake layer on top, and spread the White Whipped Cream all over the sides of the cake and on top.
  6. Decorate the top and the sides of the cake with Haribo gummy bears.
  7. Let cool and serve!
