Haribo Gummy Bear Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets sponge cake (15cm)
  • Haribo gummy bears
  • Orange Whipped Cream:
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 8g granulated sugar
  • Orange food coloring
  • Green Whipped Cream:
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 8g granulated sugar
  • Green food coloring
  • Red Whipped Cream:
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 8g granulated sugar
  • Red food coloring, as needed
  • White Whipped Cream:
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 15g granulated sugar

Steps

  • Add granulated sugar and food coloring to heavy cream and make 4 different colors of whipped cream. Whip to soft peaks so that they are easily applied on the cake.
  • Place your first cake layer and spread Orange Whipped Cream over it.
  • Place the second cake layer on top, and spread the Green Whipped Cream.
  • Place the third layer and repeat with the Red Whipped Cream.
  • Place the last cake layer on top, and spread the White Whipped Cream all over the sides of the cake and on top.
  • Decorate the top and the sides of the cake with Haribo gummy bears.
  • Let cool and serve!
