Pretty, cinnamon-y and topped with ice cream, this fruit dessert is like an apple crumble, but much easier to make.
1/2 apple, cored
30 grams unsalted butter
15 grams granola
10 grams brown sugar
10 grams walnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
30 grams granola
10 grams crushed cookies
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Slice apple thinly without cutting all the way through.
Microwave for 2 minutes at 500 watts.
In a bowl, combine unsalted butter, 15 grams granola, brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon and mix well.
Pour this mixture in between the apple slices.
Add more granola around the apple. Top with crushed cookies.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
