How to make Hat Bread.

Hat Bread

Ingredients

  • 6 dinner rolls

  • 80 grams unsalted butter (microwaved 1 minute at 200 watts)

  • 60 grams sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 80 grams flour, sifted

Instructions

  1. Combine butter, sugar and egg in a bowl and mix well. Add in sifted flour and mix until combined. Pour batter into a plastic bag. Snip off one corner of the bag.

  2. Place dinner rolls on baking sheet and pipe batter on top.

  3. Bake for 14 minutes at 200 degrees C.
