Homemade Chicken Nuggets With 4 Sauces

Skip the drive-thru and make your own nuggets, complete with new spins on classic dips.

Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 ounces chicken breast
  • 1/2 egg
  • 3 tablespoons potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • Oil, for frying
  • Honey mustard sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Barbecue sauce:
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Sweet chili sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Coriander, chopped
  • Cheese sauce:
  • Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise

Steps

  1. Cut off the skin from the chicken. Cut the chicken finely until minced.
  2. Combine ground chicken with 1/2 egg, potato starch, garlic powder, salt, pepper and flour and mix well.
  3. Put a spoonful of mixture into your hands and shape into a nugget. Coat with flour.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  5. To make the sauces, simply mix ingredients for each.
