- Zest and juice of 2 oranges
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon citric acid
- Club soda
- In a saucepan, add zest and juice of oranges, water, sugar and citric acid and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until the mixture has reduced by one-third of its volume.
- Let cool. Fill 1/4 of a glass with syrup and top with cold club soda.
- Stir, add ice, and enjoy. Store remainder in the fridge.
