Ingredients

  • 16 Scallops
  • 16 Shrimps
  • 16 Chipirones (Baby Squid)
  • 16 Squid rings
  • 1 Red onion
  • 4 Fresh hot peppers
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Cup crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Lime

Steps

  1. Blend the onion with the hot peppers and garlic clove
  2. Pan fry for two minutes and add the crushed tomatoes and the vinegar
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes, blend and add the pepper flakes. Put in mason jars and keep in the fridge
  4. Grill the skewers and drizzle with the cold hot sauce and lime juice
