• One bag Hot Cheetos
  • 2 cups flour, divided
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 chicken wings
  • Ranch dressing, to serve


  1. Place Hot Cheetos in a blender and grind until they resemble dust.
  2. In a shallow bowl, add 1 cup flour. In a second bowl, add beaten eggs. In a third shallow bowl, combine equal parts flour and Hot Cheetos dust.
  3. Dredge wings first in flour, then eggs, then Hot Cheetos mixture.
  4. In a deep-sided pot, heat oil to cooking temperature.
  5. Gently add wings in batches and fry for about 8 minutes, until cooked through.
  6. Place wings on a cooling rack set over a baking sheet to drain.
  7. Add wings to remaining Hot Cheetos dust and toss to coat.
  8. Serve alongside ranch for dipping.
