With fresh fruits and vegetables like avocado, mango, bananas and more, making your own organic baby food is easier than you think.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango
  • 1/2 orange, peeled
  • 1/2 banana, peeled
  • 1/4 cup water, breastmilk, or formula, as needed

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend very well, until everything is broken down and completely pureed.
  3. Refrigerate up to 3 days in an air-tight container or freeze up to 1 month.

  • 1 cup red potato, peeled and cooked
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cooked
  • 1 cup water, breastmilk, or formula, as needed
