Spinach, Corn & Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 red potatoes, peeled and cooked
  • 1/2 cup corn, cooked
  • 1 cup spinach, cooked
  • 1 cup water, breastmilk, or formula, as needed

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend very well, until everything is broken down and completely pureed.
  3. Refrigerate up to 3 days in an air-tight container or freeze up to 1 month.
