- 2 red potatoes, peeled and cooked
- 1/2 cup corn, cooked
- 1 cup spinach, cooked
- 1 cup water, breastmilk, or formula, as needed
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend very well, until everything is broken down and completely pureed.
- Refrigerate up to 3 days in an air-tight container or freeze up to 1 month.
