Hummus 4 Ways: Black Bean, Roasted Garlic, Beet, Avocado

Four new easy ways to enjoy hummus.

Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can no-salt-added black beans
  • 1/2 small jalapeño pepper, seeded (plus more for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, plus more for topping
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Optional topping: cotija cheese

Steps

  1. Add ingredients to the food processor and process until very smooth.
  2. Top with cilantro, sliced jalapeño, and cottage cheese.
