With Oreos, vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and M&M's, this might be the sweetest pizza ever.

Ice Cream Dessert Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of original oreos

  • 1/2 cup thick hot fudge sauce

  • 2-3 cups vanilla ice cream

  • 2/3 cup peanut M&M's, roughly chopped

  • Caramel sauce

  • 1 bar of dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, process Oreos until no chunks remain. Place in a bowl and add the hot fudge sauce stirring and mixing until it begins to come together like a dough.

  2. Cover a pizza pan with parchment paper and pour out the oreo mixture onto the centre. Press out the dough to form a flat crust roughly 1/2 an inch thick. Use your hands to create the circle shape. Place in the freezer.

  3. Scoop your ice cream into a bowl and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes until slightly soft and spreadable. Remove the crust from the freezer and spread on the ice cream. Top with a sprinkle of M&Ms and a drizzle of both the caramel and melted chocolate. Immediately return to the freezer and let firm up for 3 hours or overnight.

- First off, I just wanna start by saying this was my childhood favorite thing to get and my Mom would rarely buy them for us, but they were the bomb. They are called Treatzza Pizzas. Look it up. It's a real thing. And I'm recreating it so now I can have it all the time. First thing you wanna do is start on the crust. The crust is super simple. You basically just take a pack of Oreos. I'm gonna get them in this food processor here. Which is tiny. That was stupid. I should a gotta bigger one. But here we are. And I wanna blitz it up 'til there's kind of no big chunks left. Get that in my bowl. Beautiful, so then to that make kind of a dough I have got half a cup of hot fudge. And you get that in. And I just wanna stir it all together. Alright, that's come together really nicely. Looks kinda like a dough. I also wanted to mention you could use those pre-bought Oreo Crowns, you'd just need to add a little more hot fudge 'cuz the icing kind of acts as a glue as well as the hot fudge. Anyway, that look's great. Okay, now I've got a pizza tray with a little bit of parchment paper on it. And I'm gonna get a little bit messy, but, when do we not? You know, on this show. 'Kay. Place the entire piece of dough in the center and we're gonna pat it out. This is real rustic. I'm gonna pat out a pizza crust shape. I mean I don't want it super thin 'cuz I want it to be able to hold together but I'm thinking just kind of like that is probably good, maybe half an inch. Now this is gonna live in the freezer while I prepare my ice cream, so I'll be right back. Alright so our crust is outta the freezer. It was in there for 10 minutes and in that time I pulled out my vanilla ice cream and I just let it thaw a little bit. It's gotta be kind of spreadable, like this. Yeah buddy! Okay, let's assemble this thing. So I'm gonna take big hunks of vanilla ice cream and place it on the crust and I'm just gonna spread it around. Then I'm going in with some crushed Peanut M&Ms, that's my jam. And then I've got a little bit of handy dandy store bought caramel sauce. Do a little drizzle, little drizz drizz. Then a little drizzle of, I just melted a dark chocolate bar. I will dribble that over top. Beautiful! Okay! Unfortunately this is the shitty part about the recipe. You now have to wait because this is not good if you don't let it setup completely at least four hours. I'm gonna do overnight. So, shit. That's a bummer, but it's gonna be great. See you tomorrow. I'm back. With some ice cream pizza for the win. Just hit my knuckles and that hurt quite a bit. I'm gonna dive in. Did you know that if you make this you can order pizza, like savory pizza and then have this afterwards, and it will have been just like a pizza festival? Mmmm. Oh! But it freeze! That reminds me of pool partyingist as an eight year old when somebody's cool mom would get the treatzza pizza. Thank you so much for watching. I hope you enjoyed this dessert from my childhood. And I'll see you next time.
