- 2/3 cup milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Matcha syrup
- White chocolate
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add milk, egg yolks and sugar and stir until thickened.
- Place whipped cream in a bowl and fold in milk mixture. Pour it into a tray then place in freezer until set.
- Scoop with an ice cream scoop and put it in a potato masher. Squeeze it onto a chilled plate.
- Decorate the top with sauce and fruit. Add white chocolate decorations before serving.
