• 2/3 cup milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Matcha syrup
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • White chocolate


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add milk, egg yolks and sugar and stir until thickened.
  2. Place whipped cream in a bowl and fold in milk mixture. Pour it into a tray then place in freezer until set.
  3. Scoop with an ice cream scoop and put it in a potato masher. Squeeze it onto a chilled plate.
  4. Decorate the top with sauce and fruit. Add white chocolate decorations before serving.
