• 2 pounds apples, cored and roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup


  1. Place all ingredients in a large pot over medium-high heat. Allow for ingredients to boil and reduce to a low simmer. Stir and cover with lid. Cook for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Once cooked, blend all ingredients together using an immersion blender. Allow to cool and place in a jar. Store in refrigerator.
