Inari Bento

  • 3 fried tofu pockets
  • Yellow rice:
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 flavored egg yolk
  • Seaweed
  • Ketchup
  • Corn
  • White rice:
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • Sushi vinegar
  • Crab stick
  • Seaweed
  • Ketchup
  • Corn
  • Sides:
  • 2 shumai (dumplings)
  • Spaghetti, cooked
  • 2 quail eggs
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • Red-leaf lettuce
  • 2 octopus-shaped sausages
  • Strawberries
  • Sliced cheese


  1. In a small bowl, combine yellow rice ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine white rice ingredients. Separate a small amount of each type of rice and use plastic wrap to make into balls. Put two rice balls in each fried tofu pocket, and create faces on them with the ketchup, corn and crab sticks.
  2. Place in bento box along with desired side dishes.
