- 1 egg
- 1 portion of Chinese noodles
- Roasted pork filet
- Bean sprouts
- Cloud ear mushroom
- Fish cakes
- Sliced green onion
- Place the egg in a stocking and firmly tie it at either end. Hold both ends tightly and flip quickly.
- Remove the egg from the stocking, place in boiling water for 10 minutes while stirring, and then cool in ice water.
- Peel off the shell and cut into round slices.
- Use to garnish your ramen bowl.
