  • 1 egg

Ramen Bowl

  • 1 portion of Chinese noodles
  • Roasted pork filet
  • Bean sprouts
  • Cloud ear mushroom
  • Fish cakes
  • Sliced green onion
  • Seaweed

Steps

Inside-Out Egg

  1. Place the egg in a stocking and firmly tie it at either end. Hold both ends tightly and flip quickly.
  2. Remove the egg from the stocking, place in boiling water for 10 minutes while stirring, and then cool in ice water.
  3. Peel off the shell and cut into round slices.
  4. Use to garnish your ramen bowl.
