1 package chicken-flavored instant ramen
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp chopped lemongrass or ginger
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sambal
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 green onion, chopped
Carrot and cucumber strips
1 tsp sesame seeds
Let's get Cooking...
Bring water to boil and cook ramen for 3 minutes.
Drain most of the water, leaving about 2 tablespoons. Add ½ soup powder packet, garlic, lemongrass, peanut butter, vinegar, sambal, soy sauce, sugar and chicken. Mix well.
Add cilantro, green onions, carrot and cucumber strips, and give a toss. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
