1 package chicken-flavored instant ramen
1 cup milk
1 clove garlic, chopped
Pinch of nutmeg
Mushrooms, spinach or broccoli
1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Bring milk, garlic, nutmeg, black pepper and 1/2 soup powder packet to a boil.
Add your choice of vegetables and the ramen. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add cheese and mix well.
