Use your leftover spaghetti and rice to make this yummy, fried egg-topped fusion food.

120g cooked rice
50g cooked spaghetti, cut into small pieces
30g thinly-sliced beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
10g mushroom, thinly sliced
5 basil leaves
90g canned tomatoes
2 tsp ketchup
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp white wine
Let's get Cooking...
Melt butter in a pan and cook garlic until fragrant.
Add in chopped onion and beef and cook until meat is no longer pink. Add in mushroom slices and cook for another minute.
Add in canned tomatoes, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and white wine and cook for 30 seconds.
Add in the spaghetti pieces and rice and stir-fry for another minute. Transfer to a plate.
Cook the egg in a frying pan sunny-side up.
Slide the egg right on top and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
