Ingredients

  • 16 sheets sushi nori seaweed
  • 3 cups sushi rice
  • Tuna Tororo Yam:
  • 150g tuna - 150g
  • 100g grated yam (tororo) paste
  • Green onion (finely chopped), as needed
  • Green shiso leaves, as needed
  • Soy sauce, as needed
  • Teriyaki Chicken:
  • 150g chicken teriyaki
  • 2 tbsp corn kernels
  • Mayonnaise, as needed
  • Green onion (finely chopped), as needed
  • California Roll:
  • 150g salmon
  • ½ avocado
  • Sauce aurore, as needed
  • Seafood Chirashi:
  • 2 tbsp shrimp
  • 2 tbsp tuna
  • 2 tbsp salmon
  • 2 tbsp scallops
  • 2 tbsp salmon roe
  • Thin omelette (cut into strips), as needed

Steps

  1. Spread an appropriate amount of sushi rice on top of the nori sheet. Place tuna horizontally on the rice and roll up the bamboo wrap tightly, pressing forward to shape it into a cylinder.
  2. Spread sushi rice over another sheet of nori in the shape of a triangle. Place the sushi roll from step 1 on the edge near you, and cut the sides so that the tip forms a 45 degree angle.
  3. Following step 1, prepare 8 slices of sushi pizza. Add toppings to each sushi slice to make "Tuna Tororo Yam," "Teriyaki Chicken," "California Roll," and "Seafood Chirashi." Place the slices on a plate to form a circle like a pizza. Enjoy!
