Jerrelle's Honeyed Coffee Granita

  • Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces Brewed Starbucks® Caffè Verona® ground coffee (we recommend using the coffee press method)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 ounces water


  1. Let's Get Cooking:
  2. 1.) In a small saucepan, combine the honey and water and bring to a boil. Allow to cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  3. 2.) Stir the honey syrup into freshly brewed co ee and pour the mixture into a loaf pan or flat dish. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  4. 3.) Scrape with a fork and serve immediately!
