Ingredients
- 8 ounces Brewed Starbucks® Caffè Verona® ground coffee (we recommend using the coffee press method)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 ounces water
Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine the honey and water and bring to a boil. Allow to cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Stir the honey syrup into freshly brewed coffee and pour the mixture into a loaf pan or flat dish. Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
- Scrape with a fork and serve immediately!
