  • 1 Haas avocado
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 small white onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt


  1. Half avocado and remove pit.
  2. Scoop the avocado into a medium bowl.
  3. Add the jalapeño, onions, garlic, lime juice, tomatoes, cilantro and salt to one side of the bowl.
  4. Mash the avocados separate from the other ingredients.
  5. Once the avocados have been mashed, mix in the other ingredients.
