If you love crème brûlée, you'll love this rich and creamy Filipino dessert that uses just 5 ingredients!
10 tablespoons sugar
10 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces can evaporated milk
Mix together everything but the sugar.
Separate the sugar evenly for each llanera. Slowly melt it on a low flame.
Let it cool 10 minutes and place in the egg mixture.
Cover in foil. Steam for 20 minutes and cool for 50 minutes.
Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
