Hollow out rolls with a paring knife. Toast rolls for 3-5 minutes until lightly golden.
Layer rolls with mashed potatoes, cheese, turkey, gravy and stuffing. Press down and make a hole for the egg to nestle egg in, brush with butter and bake for 5-10 minutes depending on how runny you like your yolk. Drizzle with with gravy, dollop with cranberry and serve warm!
