Lemonade 4 Ways
Craft the ultimate lemonade stand with these colorful creations featuring rosé, mango, passion fruit and more!
Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups lemonade
- 1 cup water
- Vanilla ice cream
- Basil
Steps
- Prepare blueberry syrup by adding the blueberries, sugar, water and lemon juice into a sauce pan. Continue to stir and cook for 10-15 minutes until thickens.
- Combine 1/2 cup of the blueberry syrup with the lemonade and water. Mix until well combined.
- Add desired amount of blueberry syrup to the bottom of a cup, then add lemonade mixture into the glass.
- Top with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. Enjoy!

- 1 can coconut milk, made into ice cubes
- 1/2 cup lemonade
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-inch knob of ginger, sliced
- 2 mangoes
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup lemonade
- Mint leaves
- Lemon or mango slice
- Toasted coconut flakes
Steps
- Pour the can of coconut milk into an ice cube tray and freeze until hard.
- Place the frozen coconut milk ice cubes into a blender with the lemonade and simple syrup. Blend until fully combined.
- For the ginger syrup, add sugar, water and slices of ginger into a sauté pan, and cook for 10 minutes. Set aside and cool.
- Slice and peel the mangoes and put into the blender. Add ice cubes, ginger syrup and lemonade and blend until fully combined.
- To assemble, add a little bit of the coconut slushy in a glass and layer with mango slushy then coconut slushy again, and finish with a mango layer.
- Garnish with toasted coconut flakes, mint leaves and a lemon slice. Enjoy!

- 1 bottle dry rosé
- 3 cups lemonade
- 2 cups soda water
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- Mint
- Zested lemon peel
Steps
- Pour 2 cups of rosé into an ice cube tray and freeze until hard.
- Once the ice cubes are ready, place them into a pitcher with frozen raspberries and blueberries.
- Add the rest of the rosé bottle into the pitcher with the lemonade, soda water and grapefruit juice. Mix well.
- Garnish with mint and zested peels of lemon and lime.
- Enjoy!

- Lemon slices
- Mint leaves
- Dragon fruit balls
Steps
- Blend the dragon fruit with 1 cup water. Strain the dragon fruit mixture.
- Fill up a pitcher with ice cubes. Add the lemonade, lime juice, simple syrup and dragon fruit mixture to the pitcher. Mix well.
- Garnish the beverage with mint leaves and dragon fruit balls. Enjoy!
