- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups lemonade
- 1 cup water
- Vanilla ice cream
- Prepare blueberry syrup by adding the blueberries, sugar, water and lemon juice into a sauce pan. Continue to stir and cook for 10-15 minutes until thickens.
- Combine 1/2 cup of the blueberry syrup with the lemonade and water. Mix until well combined.
- Add desired amount of blueberry syrup to the bottom of a cup, then add lemonade mixture into the glass.
- Top with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. Enjoy!
