What's so magical about the marshmallow puffs? You'll have to watch and see!
Ingredients
Puffs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 pack croissant dough (6 croissants)
- 6 marshmallows
Oreo Puff
- 10 Oreos
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
Cinnamon Puff
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 4 tbsp icing sugar
Peanut Butter Puff
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp peanuts, finely chopped
Steps
Oreo Puff
- Separate the Oreo cookies from the filling with a spoon or blunt knife.
- Reserve the filling and blitz the crumb in a food processor and pour it into a shallow bowl.
- Melt the butter.
- Unroll each crescent of dough.
- Dip a marshmallow in butter, then the Oreo crumb, then wrap in one portion of dough and seal.
- Roll the puff in butter again and then in Oreo crumbs.
- Place in an oiled muffin tin.
- Repeat with the rest then cook for 15 minutes.
- While the puffs are cooking, mix the Oreo filling with 2 tablespoons cream and 2 tablespoons icing sugar.
- Drizzle the icing over the the cooked puffs, then serve.
Cinnamon Puff
- Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Melt the butter and unroll each crescent of dough.
- Dip a marshmallow in butter, then into the cinnamon sugar, then wrap it in the dough and seal.
- Roll the puff in butter again, then in the cinnamon sugar.
- Place in an oiled muffin tin and cook for 15 minutes.
- While the puffs are cooking, mix together the cream cheese, icing sugar, and enough water to make a drizzling consistency. Drizzle over the cooked puffs, then serve.
Peanut Butter Puff
- Melt the butter and unroll each crescent of dough.
- Dip a marshmallow in butter, then into the sugar, then wrap it in the dough and seal.
- Roll it in the melted butter again, then place into an oiled muffin tin. Repeat with the rest of the dough portions.
- Before you cook the puffs, mix together the peanut butter and enough melted butter to give a drizzling consistency.
- Brush it over the crescent rolls then bake them for 15 minutes.
- Drizzle the remaining peanut butter over the cooked puffs, sprinkle with finely chopped peanuts and then serve.
