- 4 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsps peanut butter, warmed
- ½ cup aquafaba liquid
- ½ tsp cream of tartar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract or bean paste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Shaved chocolate
- Whip aquafaba with cream of tartar, sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks.
- Melt chocolate and peanut butter until smooth. Allow to slightly cool.
- Gently fold aquafaba into the mixture until completely mixed.
- Fill in cups and chill for at least 1 hour. Top with shaved chocolate and serve.
