Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse


  • 4 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsps peanut butter, warmed
  • ½ cup aquafaba liquid
  • ½ tsp cream of tartar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract or bean paste
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Shaved chocolate


  1. Whip aquafaba with cream of tartar, sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks.
  2. Melt chocolate and peanut butter until smooth. Allow to slightly cool.
  3. Gently fold aquafaba into the mixture until completely mixed.
  4. Fill in cups and chill for at least 1 hour. Top with shaved chocolate and serve.
