Mango Matcha Sticky Rice

We're putting a new spin on an Asian favorite with matcha and coconut cream caramel.


  • 2 cups of sticky rice
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Sauce
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons palm sugar
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • Matcha mix
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup palm sugar
  • 6 tablespoons of matcha powder
  • 1 whole sliced mango
  • Pinipig or puffed rice


  1. Place the rice, water, and salt in a rice cooker. Put it on and let it cook the rice all the way through.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients together and bring to a boil, then simmer on a low heat until thick.
  3. Mix the matcha sauce ingredients and fold it into the now cooked rice.
  4. Let it cool a little and serve with the sliced mango, pinipig, and sauce.
