Don't throw away that milk container! Reuse it to make this velvety marshmallow pudding.
Marshmallow Pudding
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups milk
8 eggs
10 1/2 ounces marshmallows
Caramel sauce
Instructions
In a sauce pot, add the milk and marshmallows. Heat, while stirring, until melted. Add the eggs and continue to mix. Transfer the mixture into a milk carton and allow to cool.
Put sugar and water into a pot and heat until the mixture becomes caramel. Add water and allow to cool.
Put the pudding on a plate and drizzle with caramel to finish.
