• Pancake batter
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Butter, to taste
  • Maple syrup, to taste


  1. Place 2 tablespoons blueberries in bottom of a Mason jar. Pour pancake batter over berries and fill halfway.
  2. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. Pancake will puff up while cooking. Top with a pat of butter and maple syrup.
