Matcha Tiramisu Ice Cream Slices
We just want ice cream, no matter how you slice it.
Ingredients
Cream Cheese Ice Cream
- 140g vanilla ice cream
- 100g cream cheese
- 100g mascarpone cheese
- 40g condensed milk
Matcha Cheese Ice Cream
- 100g cream cheese
- 140g matcha ice cream
- 1tbsp sugar
Matcha Castella
- 100g castella
- 150ml matcha
Topping
- Gold leaf, as needed
Steps
Cream Cheese Ice Cream
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the Cream Cheese Ice Cream. Mix well.
- In a different bowl, combine all ingredients for the Matcha Cheese Ice Cream. Mix well.
- Place enough castella inside the milk carton container to cover the bottom.
- Pour matcha over the castella.
- Pour the Matcha Cheese Ice Cream mixture from step 3 into the carton.
- Freeze until solidified.
- Pour the Cream Cheese Ice Cream on top and let freeze again until hardened.
- Cut into the desired size using a warm knife.
- Sprinkle with gold leaf and enjoy!
