Cream Cheese Ice Cream

  • 140g vanilla ice cream
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 100g mascarpone cheese
  • 40g condensed milk

Matcha Cheese Ice Cream

  • 100g cream cheese
  • 140g matcha ice cream
  • 1tbsp sugar

Matcha Castella

  • 100g castella
  • 150ml matcha


  • Gold leaf, as needed


Cream Cheese Ice Cream

  1. Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients for the Cream Cheese Ice Cream. Mix well.
  3. In a different bowl, combine all ingredients for the Matcha Cheese Ice Cream. Mix well.
  4. Place enough castella inside the milk carton container to cover the bottom.
  5. Pour matcha over the castella.
  6. Pour the Matcha Cheese Ice Cream mixture from step 3 into the carton.
  7. Freeze until solidified.
  8. Pour the Cream Cheese Ice Cream on top and let freeze again until hardened.
  9. Cut into the desired size using a warm knife.
  10. Sprinkle with gold leaf and enjoy!
