Matcha Water Balloon Jelly

Ingredients
- 3 water balloons
- Gold leaf
- Kuromitsu syrup (black sugar syrup)
- Dark matcha mix:
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/3 tablespoons matcha tea
- 2/3 tablespoon milk
- Light matcha mix:
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2/3 tablespoon matcha tea
- 1 1/3 tablespoons milk
Steps
- In two separate bowls, combine the ingredients for each matcha mixture.
- Fill a water balloon pump with one of the mixtures until it is around the size of an egg, then use it to fill up a water balloon to your desired size. Tie the balloons closed and let cool in the refrigerator until the gelatin has solidified.
- Use a toothpick to pop the balloons. Place them on a dish and finish by topping with kuromitsu syrup and gold leaf.
