This bowl is very easy to make, super delicious, and packed full of fiber and protein.
Matcha Yogurt Breakfast Bowl
- 3/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of matcha powdered green tea
- 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
- 3 strawberries, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut
- In a mixing bowl combine the yogurt, matcha and maple syrup, mixing until a thorough consistency is reached.
- Place the mixture into a bowl and top with the strawberry, banana, chia seeds, sliced almonds and shredded coconut.
