- 1 avocado
- 4 slices pork belly
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 bagel
- Lettuce, as needed
- 1 small wheel Camembert cheese
- Ketchup, as needed
- Worcestershire sauce, as needed
- Slice the avocado into rings. Wrap them with pork belly slices.
- Cook in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
- Top the bottom half of the bagel with lettuce and layer on the avocado rings and melted Camembert cheese.
- Plate the bagel and serve!
