• 1 avocado
  • 4 slices pork belly
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 bagel
  • Lettuce, as needed
  • 1 small wheel Camembert cheese
  • Ketchup, as needed
  • Worcestershire sauce, as needed


  1. Slice the avocado into rings. Wrap them with pork belly slices.
  2. Cook in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Top the bottom half of the bagel with lettuce and layer on the avocado rings and melted Camembert cheese.
  4. Plate the bagel and serve!
